- Increased Traffic - This dynamic, comprehensive multimedia campaign will include print, TV and Internet marketing, designed to increase traffic to your home sites!
- Expanded Market Area - The 2008 Atlanta Regional Parade of Homes will cover 20 north Georgia counties.
- New Guidebook - New this year, a professionally-produced, glossy stock, four-color Parade of Homes guide featuring entry homes, maps and more.
- Extensive Distribution - 50,000 copies of the printed Parade of Homes guide will be available on-site at all Parade homes and in targeted locations throughout the region.
- Searchable Web Listings - Each participating home will be featured on the Parade of Homes’ official Web site and will feature extensive searching and mapping capabilities. Listings will be featured on the Web site until the 2009 Parade of Homes.
